starting tomorrow i will

  • take my dogs on a morning walk.

  • e x e r c i s e - instead of watching tv.

  • lunch by 2:00 pm so when i cook at 3 for everyone else, i’m not hungry.
  • stretch. stretch. stretch.
  • drink water.
  • dinner around 6:00 or 7:00 pm.
  • plan meals for the next day.

now that thanksgiving passed, i need to make changes to my daily routine. ♥

So very happy, I missed being in control.

I hadn’t done cardio in over a week and I could only do 10 minutes before my legs stopped me. I’ll go for 15 tomorrow and once I’m used to it I can get back up to 40.

That sounds so pathetic.

This definitely isn’t pathetic! I suck at cardio, so hearing your plan is definitely encouraging. I’m just starting, so I’ll be surprised if I can get through 10 minutes, haha.
